GOAL

To develop a data base and test verification programs for groutsfor various applications in
1. infrastructure rehabilitation and construction;
2. repair of concrete structures and pipelines;
3. soil stabilization; and
4. hazardous waste treatment.

Also to function as an information center on grouts and their applications.

To conduct Research: Concrete repair, Pipe repair, Soil stabilization and Hazardous Waste Treatment. To develop a Library on Grouts and their Applications. To organize Seminars, Courses and Workshops.
To produce Newsletters and an annual report. To develop a handbook for grouts and grouting techniques.
